I, as the dog owner, am fully responsible for the actions of my dog while undertaking training, behaviour sessions or classes with Forests & Fetch, this includes but is not limited to, harm caused to any person or dog (including my own) and damage of equipment or property.

I confirm that I have provided all necessary information to Forests & Fetch and deem that my dog is suitable to undertake training or behaviour sessions. I also confirm that I have not witnessed my dog bark at, lunge towards, snap at, or bite people or other dogs in the past, or if so, have informed Forests & Fetch.

I agree to immediately advise Forests & Fetch of any problems with my dog that could affect his/her behaviour, health, or suitability for training.

In the event of an emergency, I authorise Forests & Fetch to perform emergency first aid on my dog prior to taking them to the nearest veterinary surgeon. I agree to pay for all veterinary care required in the opinion of the veterinary surgeon.

I can confirm that my dog is up to date with their vaccinations. I will not attend training or behaviour sessions if my dog has kennel cough and will inform Forests & Fetch immediately.

For one to one sessions and workshops, a full refund / reschedule will only be provided if notification of cancellation of service is provided at least 72 hours in advance.

Any refund of sessions from a package will be made at the cost of the package less £80 for each session already held and a 12% processing fee. Unused sessions expire after 6 months.

In the event of adverse weather, sessions will be moved to an online video call session.

For classes, credits for classes missed will only be given for prearranged holidays where the class trainer is notified at point of booking, for bitches in season, or for dogs with contagious diseases.

Online courses and community membership are digitally delivered products. You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase and receive a refund. By purchasing and choosing to access the content straight away, you agree to that immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once you have started to access it. If you have not accessed the content, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will run to the end of the period already paid for; part-months are not refunded. To cancel or change your access, just contact us.

I accept that I am responsible for the actions of my dog, and I release Forests & Fetch from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to my dog’s behaviour or my own acts or omissions during training, behaviour sessions or classes.

Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits the liability of Forests & Fetch for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Nothing in this waiver affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

I understand that the advice and support given is compliant with the ethics and code of practice of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers and agree to carry out the training in line with the modern, non-aversive dog training methods shown/explained by Forests & Fetch.

I confirm that I have completely read, understand and acknowledged this Forests & Fetch waiver, have completed the class, client booking or behaviour assessment form prior to training and understand and agree to all of the terms outlined.

This waiver shall be effective from the date of payment for services.
